Are you handy, reliable, and take pride in keeping spaces safe and functional? A beloved local daycare is looking for a Facilities Technician to join their team and help maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for kids and staff alike.
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm, Long-term temporary work to help cover for a medical leave of absence (approx. 4-6 weeks).
Stay flexible during extreme weather—snow, heat, rain—some tasks may shift or require quick response
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or building services
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A heart for helping—especially in a childcare setting!
