Position Summary
Responsible for accurately picking, assembling, matching, and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment environment. Ensures orders are processed correctly and prepared for shipment within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and stage materials using order documentation and inventory systems.
• Verify order accuracy and match materials to customer requirements.
• Assemble products according to work instructions and job specifications.
• Pack orders securely and neatly for shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist in multiple departments as needed and work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, assembly, or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Regular use of hands and arms to handle materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
