Compensation

• Entry-Level Hospitality Positions: Starting at $16.00/hour + tips where applicable
• Experienced Servers & Bartenders: Starting at $22.00/hour + tips, depending on experience
• Sous Chef and Culinary Leadership positions: Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by position but may include:

Front of House

• Providing excellent customer service
• Taking food and beverage orders
• Preparing and serving beverages
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Working as part of a team during busy shifts

Back of House

• Food preparation and cooking
• Following recipes and food safety standards
• Dishwashing and kitchen sanitation
• Assisting with inventory and kitchen organization
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations

Housekeeping

• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas
• Restocking supplies and amenities
• Ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met
• Reporting maintenance concerns

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required for some positions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and attendance
