Restoration Laborer

Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience

We are looking for dependable, hardworking Restoration Laborers to assist with water, fire, and property damage restoration projects. This is a hands-on position that involves working at residential and commercial properties to help clean up, remove damaged materials, and restore buildings after unexpected damage.

Job Duties

• Assist with water and flood damage cleanup
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, carpet, and other materials
• Perform demolition and general construction labor
• Extract water and assist with drying affected areas
• Set up and move fans, dehumidifiers, and restoration equipment
• Clean and sanitize affected areas
• Move furniture, equipment, and building materials
• Load and unload trucks and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Follow instructions from restoration technicians and supervisors
• Assist with other construction and restoration duties as needed

Requirements

• Construction or restoration experience preferred
• Experience with demolition, remodeling, water damage, or general construction is a plus
• Able to perform physically demanding work
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in dirty, wet, or damaged environments
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Willing to work both indoors and outdoors
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Willing to work occasional overtime or after-hours jobs when needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who show up, work hard, and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Candidates with previous construction or restoration experience are preferred, especially those with experience in demolition, remodeling, water damage cleanup, carpet cleaning, or property maintenance.

Pay: $17–$20/hour based on experience.
