Order Picker (FHN) - Direct Hire

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for Order Pickers (FHN) for a leading distribution and logistics facility in White Haven, PA. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with the potential to earn $20-$30+ per hour after completing training.

Schedule

• Sunday - Wednesday
• 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• Full-time overnight shift

Pay

Training Period (Approximately 3 Weeks)

• $16.00/hour

After Successful Completion of Training

• Performance-based piece-rate pay
• Average earnings of $20.00-$30.00+ per hour
• Your earnings are based on productivity and pieces pulled

Job Duties

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse equipment
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy
• Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or production experience is a plus, but not required
