Product Labeling Specialist (Temporary Project)

We are seeking a Product Labeling Specialist for a short-term project opportunity with our client. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with software systems and Microsoft Office applications. The project is expected to last 2-3 weeks and offers a great opportunity to contribute to an important product labeling initiative!

General Responsibilities of a Product Labeling Specialist

• Use Agility Label software to update finished product labels for an industrial product line.
• Modify existing label templates by adding required information and pre-assigned identification numbers.
• Validate label information with company data sources to ensure accuracy.
• Create sample label graphics in PowerPoint for customers and internal reference purposes.
• Maintain consistency and organization within the company's label library.
• Follow established file naming conventions and documentation standards.
• Complete label updates accurately and efficiently while meeting project deadlines.

Ideal Background for a Product Labeling Specialist

• Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or document control experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including basic Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems or database-driven applications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
