General Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

• Enter and maintain customer orders while ensuring accuracy of product, pricing, and shipment information.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and requests via phone and email.
• Communicate order progress, shipment updates, and product availability to customers.
• Research and resolve customer concerns, returns, credits, and shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records within company systems and databases.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer and operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance service and efficiency.
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Ideal Background for a Customer Service Representative:

• Previous customer service, administrative, order entry, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and email platforms.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
