We are seeking a Shipping Operations Clerk for an excellent career opportunity with a growing distribution and logistics operation in the Lincolnshire area. General Responsibilities of a Shipping Operations Clerk:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition.
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with shipment scheduling through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight providers.
• Generate shipping labels, packaging documentation, and related paperwork.
• Track shipments and help resolve delivery issues when necessary.
• Follow customer-specific routing instructions and shipping requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and process compliance initiatives.

Ideal Background for a Shipping Operations Clerk:

• Previous experience in warehouses, shipping, logistics, or distribution operations preferred.
• Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties, including standing, lifting, and moving packages up to 30lbs.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.
• Experience with shipping platforms, carrier portals, or ERP systems is a plus.
