General Responsibilities of an HVAC Sales Support Specialist:

• Prepare customer quotes, review pricing and product availability, and process orders accurately. 
• Coordinate with customers and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. 
• Provide product support by answering customer calls and emails, recommending solutions, and assisting with equipment, parts, and accessories. 
• Cross-sell and promote multiple product lines while maintaining strong customer relationships. 
• Resolve customer concerns involving orders, payments, and account issues. 
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records. 

Ideal Background for an HVAC Sales Support Specialist:

• Inside sales experience required; distribution industry experience preferred. 
• HVAC experience or knowledge strongly preferred. HVAC technician experience is highly transferable. 
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently and take initiative. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
