Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Press Operators for a local fabrication company!

If you have manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and enjoy working with heavy production equipment, this could be a great opportunity to build your skills and grow with an established fabrication team.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press equipment according to production specifications
• Load and position materials correctly before each production cycle
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job instructions
• Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Make machine adjustments as needed
• Monitor equipment throughout production
• Identify and report equipment or quality issues
• Complete production paperwork as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and production instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to use measuring tools accurately
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to recognize quality issues and inconsistencies

🎓 Experience & Education

• Previous press operation, metal fabrication, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with industrial machinery is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred

🏋️ Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movement
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and fabrication equipment

🛠️ Equipment Used

Depending on the position, operators may work with:

• Industrial presses
• Press brakes
• Measuring tools
• Hand and power tools
• Material-handling equipment
