Apartment Maintenance Technician

A locally remodeled apartment community is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Requirements:

• HVAC experience is required
• Carpentry skills
• Light electrical experience
• Light plumbing experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Some Saturdays required

Pay:

• $16.00 per hour
