?? Apartment Property Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, organized, and people-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an apartment community. This person will be responsible for keeping the property running smoothly, maintaining strong resident relationships, and helping the community meet its occupancy and financial goals.

? What You'll Do

?? Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community
?? Manage leasing, occupancy, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
?? Provide excellent resident service and resolve concerns professionally
?? Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, budgets, and expenses
?? Coordinate maintenance, work orders, apartment turns, and vendors
?? Hire, train, supervise, and support onsite staff
?? Track property performance and provide reports to ownership/management
?? Assist with marketing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
?? Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and applicable regulations
??? Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community
?? Handle property emergencies and resident issues as needed

?? What We're Looking For

Previous property management, apartment, leasing, hospitality, or related management experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization and time management
Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve problems
Comfortable with budgets, collections, and basic financial reporting
Leadership experience is a plus
Property-management software experience is preferred
Professional, dependable, and confident handling difficult situations
