Job Summary:
As an SFL Machine Operator you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining SFL (Sealing, Forming, Laminating) machines to produce high-quality industrial products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to meeting production goals.

 

Pay: $17.25 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate SFL machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Complete and maintain accurate production and quality control records.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with SFL machines or similar equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical specifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet production goals in a timely order is required
