What You Will Do

• Accurate Order Picking: Locate and select items using pick sheets, RF scanners, or automated order tracking systems.

• Quality Packing: Securely box and pack products according to customer specifications to ensure damage-free delivery.

• Shipping Prep: Attach accurate shipping labels, manifest orders, and route completed packages to outbound bays.

• Order Verification: Inspect items for correct quantities, part numbers, and quality before sealing shipments.

• Station Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workstation to support smooth fulfillment operations.

What You Need

• Experience: Prior warehouse, picking, packing, or light industrial experience is preferred.

• Detail Focus: Sharp eye for item codes, quantities, and correct shipping label placement.

• Physical Ability: Comfort standing, walking, bending, and lifting packages throughout a full 1st shift.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to St. Louis City.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
