What You Will Do

• Line Offloading & Staging: Clear packed cartons off active conveyor lines, organizing and sorting packages by shipping zone.

• Precision Pallet Stacking: Build square, balanced, and secure pallets to prevent product shifting during transit.

• Package Integrity Checks: Inspect outgoing boxes to verify proper tape seals, clear shipping labels, and damage-free packaging.

• Cross-Dock Collaboration: Work alongside order pickers, packers, and forklift operators to keep fulfillment goals on track.

• Station Safety: Keep line areas, walkways, and staging bays clean, organized, and free of trip hazards.

What You Need

• Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for full shifts, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.

• Quality Focus: Sharp eye for catching mislabeled boxes, weak packaging, or unbalanced pallet builds.

• Speed & Stamina: Ability to keep pace with continuous conveyor lines in a busy warehouse setting.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to St. Louis, MO 63106.

• Screening: Willingness to undergo standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
