About the Role

Looking for a steady, high-paying 1st shift opportunity in Maryland Heights? Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Utility Associate for a high-volume, automated production and bottling facility in the 63043 area.

In this fast-paced position, you will support conveyor line operations by keeping packaging materials moving, supporting robotic loading stations, and packing products. This role features a unique, predictable rotating shift structure where you stay on the clock for your entire shift—meaning your breaks and lunch are fully paid!

What You Get

What You Will Do

• Box Assembly & Line Feed: Construct cardboard shipping boxes quickly and stage them along active conveyor lines for automated robotic loading.

• Manual Bottling & Packing: Hand-pack bottles into containers, pull finished bottles off fast-moving line systems, and route them to staging bays.

• Conveyor Operations: Monitor conveyor flow to prevent product jams, bottle tipping, or packaging line backups.

• Cross-Station Support: Rotate through dynamic production tasks across the floor based on daily shift priorities and output needs.

• Workstation Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free area around high-speed machinery.

What You Need

• Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write, and understand English clearly to follow safety cues and verbal instructions on a busy floor.

• Schedule Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week to fit the 2-2-3 rotating schedule (includes alternating weekends).

• Environment Comfort: Comfortable working around fast-moving conveyor belts and in a high-noise manufacturing environment (hearing protection provided).

• Facility Rule Adherence: Willingness to remain on facility grounds for the entirety of the shift while on the clock.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift materials throughout a 12-hour rotating shift.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO 63043.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
