What You Will Do

• Order Verification: Perform final quality checks on customer orders to ensure all items are accurate, complete, and properly packed.

• WMS Scanning: Utilize RF scanners to log package tracking data and update inventory statuses in real-time.

• Shipment Processing: Feed packages through automated dimensioning, weighing, and labeling equipment for carrier pickup.

• Outbound Logistics: Organize and stage outgoing parcels to meet strict daily carrier deadlines and maintain on-time delivery.

• Workspace Maintenance: Keep shipping lanes, packing stations, and scanning equipment clean, organized, and clear of debris.

What You Need

• Scanner Experience: Prior experience using handheld RF scanners in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.

• Attention to Detail: Sharp eyes for spotting picking errors, wrong labels, or damaged goods in a fast-moving environment.

• Tech Aptitude: Comfortable learning and operating basic warehouse management software and computerized dimensioning systems.

• Physical Capability: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and handling packages throughout the entire shift.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
