What You Will Do

• Order Selection: Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse racking using Cherry Picker / Order Picker equipment following established picking procedures.

• Staging & Loading: Wrap completed pallets securely, maneuver inventory across staging bays, and load trailers/containers for outbound shipping.

• Quality & Damage Control: Inspect inbound and outbound products for damage, verify item accuracy, and report discrepancies promptly.

• Equipment Care: Perform basic routine maintenance checks and daily upkeep on assigned machinery.

• Facility Support: Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment by completing routine sanitation and organization tasks.

What You Need

• Equipment Experience: Hands-on experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker is required. Reach truck experience is a plus!

• Detail Orientation: Ability to follow picking lists accurately and spot damaged products.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working at heights on order selector equipment, wrapping pallets, and lifting materials throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
