What You Will Do

• Precision Cutting: Measure heavy-duty frame and metal components down to 1/16" and inspect raw materials before cutting.

• Frame Assembly: Interpret job tickets and technical drawings to fit, square, and assemble structural components using rubber mallets, power screw guns, and drills.

• Punch Press & Die Setup: Punch out specialized metal tabs, slots, and locking points required for sub-assemblies.

• Quality Control: Check corner joints, seam alignments, and final dimensions against manufacturing blueprints.

• Station Management: Safely operate pneumatic hand tools, table equipment, and manual saws while keeping your workstation organized.

What You Need

• Tape Measure Proficiency: Must pass an on-site tape measure test showing accuracy down to 1/32 of an inch.

• Power Tool Capability: Prior experience using power drivers, drills, hammers, and pneumatic equipment.

• Blueprint & Ticket Reading: Comfort reading shop orders, diagrams, and dimensional spec sheets.

• Physical Ability: Comfort standing for entire shifts, bending, reaching, and lifting production materials.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to University City, MO.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
