What You Will Do

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate clamp trucks and standard forklifts to maneuver, receive, stack, and transport warehouse product across shipping and staging areas.

• Specialized Material Handling: Utilize remote-controlled cranes and operate track mobiles to maneuver rail cars in and out of the facility safely.

• Shipping & Receiving: Pull work orders and process inbound/outbound shipments using handheld RF scanners.

• Quality & Damage Inspection: Inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments, noting any material exceptions or product damages.

• Facility Operations: Open the facility and prepare equipment for the workday (turning on lights, opening bay doors) while strictly following safety guidelines.

What You Need

• Clamp Truck Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating clamp forklifts.

• Forklift Experience: 1–2 years of standard forklift experience required.

• Systems & Tools: Familiarity with warehouse operations and experience using handheld RF scan guns.

• Detail & Safety: Strong attention to detail, commitment to workplace safety, and accurate recordkeeping.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
