What You Will Do

• Machine & Spray Line Operation: Operate, clean, and maintain industrial application equipment, including automated robotic spray systems, pumps, and manual spray guns.

• Surface Preparation: Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, and clean truck beds and surfaces using polyurethanes, primers, and finishes.

• Texturing & Finishing: Apply tape, repair surfaces, and execute textured coating layers according to precise customer specifications.

• Material Management & Logging: Safely store, label, and handle chemical materials; accurately record daily operational data and submit shift reports.

• Quality Compliance: Monitor production quality and maintain adherence to TS and ISO standards across all machine operations.

What You Need

• Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required.

• Machine & Equipment Skills: Hands-on experience operating industrial spray machinery, pumps, or related production equipment.

• Robotics Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial robots and robot programming is a strong asset.

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read blueprints, follow detailed work instructions, and perform basic computer data entry.

• Quality Standards: General understanding of ISO/TS requirements.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to Wentzville, MO 63385.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
