What You Will Do

• Unloading & Palletizing: Manually unload incoming products from containers and safely transfer and stack items onto wood pallets.

• Order Pulling & Sorting: Pull warehouse orders from designated storage locations and utilize conveyor systems for product sorting and staging.

• Scanner Usage: Track, scan, and manage inventory movement using Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns.

• Workstation Safety: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production floor following facility protocols.

What You Need

• Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating any type of forklift is required.

• Footwear: Must wear Steel-Toed Boots.

• Systems & Tools: Familiarity with WMS scanning equipment and handheld devices.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to manually unload containers, bend, lift, and stack products onto pallets throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
