Oven Operator

Located in Escondido, CA

Salary: $17.50hr

Position Summary: Responsible for operating ovens and baking products according to company specifications. Adjust baking times and temperatures as needed, monitor product quality, follow SOPs, and maintain a clean and safe production area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor ovens, proofing, and baking processes.
• Record baking times, temperatures, and required QA/HACCP information.
• Follow SOPs, work orders, formulas, GMP, SQF, and safety requirements.
• Report equipment, quality, or food safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper sanitation and workplace cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Basic math and good manual dexterity.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work at production speed.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
• Comfortable working in hot/cold environments and confined spaces.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Flexibility needed for some Saturday's) 12am-3am start time
