• 9/1: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 9/2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 9/4: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 9/5: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Lead Generation Specialist to represent a bathroom remodeling company at the Oregon State Fair.

The primary responsibility is to engage people walking by the booth, start conversations, and set appointments for customers interested in bathroom remodeling. You will collect customer information and schedule them for a follow-up call.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential customers visiting the booth
• Start friendly conversations and identify customers interested in bathroom remodeling
• Set as many qualified appointments as possible
• Collect accurate customer contact information
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience
• Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and people skills
• Comfortable approaching and talking with people you don't know
• Sales or lead generation experience is a plus
• Confident, outgoing, and personable
• Goal-oriented with a focus on setting appointments
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
