Salary: $14/Hr. DOE
We are hiring a friendly and professional Member Service Representative to assist credit union members with their everyday banking needs. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility to travel or float between branch locations as needed.
Greet and assist members in person and over the phone
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
Open new accounts and service existing accounts
Provide information regarding credit union products, services, and policies
Respond to member questions, concerns, and requests
Research account discrepancies
Assist members with balancing accounts and other account needs
Process member mail transactions
Promote credit union products and services based on member needs
Provide professional and accurate customer service
Previous customer service, banking, or financial services experience preferred
Professional and dependable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and accurate
Comfortable handling financial transactions
Must be flexible to work between branch locations
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
