We are hiring an experienced Shop Foreman to oversee a team of shop helpers in Lafayette. This is a supervisory position focused on leadership, training, workflow, and productivity. This role does not require hands-on labor.

Supervise and train shop helpers
Assign and oversee daily tasks
Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on time
Coach and support employees
Keep daily shop workflow organized and productive
Maintain accountability and workplace standards
Assist with training and employee development
Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding
Ability to effectively lead and train employees
Strong organizational and communication skills
Dependable and interested in a long-term career opportunity
$22–$25/Hr. DOE
