NOW HIRING: Electrical Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Technician for a full-time opportunity in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components, performing quality inspections, conducting functional testing, and supporting the production of automated storage systems while meeting quality and production standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

-Assemble and wire electrical controls according to drawings, schematics, and terminal diagrams
-Perform functional testing and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
-Assemble mechanical and electrical components using standardized work instructions
-Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed
-Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and assembly drawings
-Maintain test equipment and support daily production activities

Qualifications:

-2-3 years of experience in an electrical manufacturing environment preferred
-Technical degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered)
-Experience using hand tools, power tools, and air tools
-Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
-Machine assembly, troubleshooting, and problem-solving experience
-SAP experience is a plus
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
