Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shrink Sleeve Line Operator to operate and monitor production equipment used to apply shrink sleeves to products. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can maintain quality and production standards.

Essential Duties

• Operate and monitor shrink sleeve labeling equipment.
• Load materials and supplies into production machinery.
• Inspect products for proper sleeve placement, alignment, and quality.
• Monitor the production line and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Record production information and report equipment or quality issues.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and quotas.
• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Machine operating experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely perform repetitive production tasks.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
• May involve exposure to machinery noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to follow all required safety and PPE guidelines.

Dress Code / PPE

• Closed-toe work shoes or steel-toe shoes as required.
• Work-appropriate clothing.
• Additional PPE will be provided or required according to the work area.
