Looking for a full-time, hands-on job with competitive pay and a Monday–Friday schedule? Join our team as a Ready-Mix Concrete Driver!

You'll be responsible for safely delivering ready-mix concrete, operating and maintaining your mixer truck, and helping keep deliveries running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and staying active throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Safely deliver ready-mix concrete to production areas within the plant/yard.

• Operate and care for your assigned mixer truck.

• Complete required daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.

• Check vehicle fluids and perform basic daily maintenance.

• Check concrete loads and monitor slump as required.

• Handle and attach mixer chute extensions weighing 40+ lbs.

• Climb truck ladders to inspect loads and rinse the hopper.

• Keep the cab, drum, and exterior of the truck clean and well-maintained.

• Remove concrete buildup using proper cleaning equipment and procedures.

• Assist with general site and facility duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and helping other departments when needed.

• Follow company policies, supervisor instructions, and all safety procedures.

• Ability to follow directions and work independently.

• Organized and able to complete assignments accurately and on time.

• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 40+ lbs., climbing ladders, and handling truck equipment.

• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
