Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM

             2:00 PM – 10:15 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Press Operator to support the operation and monitoring of industrial presses used in the manufacturing of rubber goods. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent quality focus, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Press Operation — Operate and monitor industrial presses to convert raw materials into finished products.
• Quality Inspection — Perform product checks to ensure all items meet required specifications.
• Process Improvement — Work with the production team to identify and implement improvements.
• Documentation — Maintain accurate production records and required documentation.
• Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
