Warehouse Associate

• Mundelein, IL
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
• Temporary and Temp to Hire

 

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, ship orders, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. 

 

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Receive and put away inbound shipments
• Process returns
• Count inventory and flag discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with special projects such as kitting, labeling, and Amazon prep
• Operate pallet jacks; forklift as needed
• Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

• Warehouse, retail stockroom, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Comfortable using a barcode scanner and basic warehouse software
• High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have

• Forklift certification or experience
• E-commerce or 3PL background
• Bilingual English/Spanish

 

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach overhead for extended periods
• Work in a facility with variable temperatures and noise levels
