Route Driver / Merchandiser

Pay: $23.00/hr

We are seeking a dependable Route Driver / Merchandiser to deliver and stock packaged bakery products at retail locations throughout the region. This position combines driving, merchandising, inventory rotation, and customer service.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Days off: Wednesday & Sunday
• Flexible start time between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM
• Typical shifts are 8-10 hours

Responsibilities

• Load your truck each morning based on your route
• Deliver baked goods to retail customers
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and check expiration dates
• Build positive relationships with store personnel
• Use handheld scanning technology to track deliveries and inventory
• Maintain an organized and professional product display

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and DOT physical
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Merchandising/Retail experience preferred
