Express Employment New Braunfels is looking for Customer Service Representative candidates in the McQueeney area.

 

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

 

DUTIES:  

Responsibilities Include –

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Confer with customers by soft phone/chat/email to provide instructions and assistance with programs and various tasks.
• Follow communication guidelines when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Frequently go through the program and perform functions to be able to visualize what our customers are seeing and experiencing while increasing knowledge and performance level.
• Process requests for services or updating information to accounts.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further assistance.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries and to provide detailed assistance.

 Requirements and Skills –

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Comprehension of Windows operating systems and Office 365
• Familiarity with Soft Phone or Online Chat systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Productive communication with Persons Outside the Organization
• Team oriented
• Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
