Mig Welding

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable MIG Welder to perform MIG welding, metal fabrication, repairs, and basic welding tasks at various job locations. Welding or fabrication experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding and metal fabrication
Weld, repair, and assemble metal components
Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
Inspect welds and finished work for quality
Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

MIG welding experience preferred

- Ability to read basic measurements and welding instructions
- Familiarity with welding equipment and hand/power tools
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, hardworking, and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to various job locations as needed

Work Environment

Work in a shop and/or various job-site environments
Exposure to welding fumes, sparks, heat, and noise
Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
May involve standing, bending, lifting, and working for extended periods
Fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality
May require travel to different job locations as needed

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching
Ability to safely handle welding equipment and tools
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to work in various positions and job-site conditions
Must be able to wear required safety equipment and PPE throughout the workday
