Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows cleaning procedures, and can work independently to ensure facility cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other supplies.
• Maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, break rooms, conference rooms, and entrances.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, walking, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is a plus.
