Reach Truck & Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Location: Guelph, ON

Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

We are currently hiring an experienced Reach Truck & Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused warehouse professional with proven forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate both Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Unload incoming trucks and shipments.
• Put away pallets and skids into high racking.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating both Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Experience working with high-rack storage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
