Production Associate – 1st Shift

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable Production Associates to join a food-product manufacturing and packaging team. This is an entry-level opportunity involving simple production-line assembly, bottling, packaging, and labeling.

No extensive manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, comfortable working on their feet, and able to keep pace in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a production and packaging line
• Assist with simple assembly of bottled and capped products
• Package finished products for shipment
• Apply labels and inspect products for accuracy
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Perform other general production duties as assigned

Work Environment

• Production/warehouse environment
• Facility is not climate controlled and can become warm
• Frequent standing throughout the 10-hour shift
• Primarily Spanish-speaking production environment
• Monday–Thursday schedule provides a 3-day weekend

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive production and packaging work
• Able to follow instructions and maintain production pace
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Must meet client background requirements
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screen
