We are a growing manufacturing company in Maple Park, Illinois, seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to support our production and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handling high quality wood products.

Responsibilities

• Move, organize, and stage wood materials and finished millwork products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Assist production staff by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Inspect materials for damage and report any issues.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or lumber/wood products experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working around wood products, sawdust, and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
