NOW HIRING — POLYMER TECH & BAY CLEANER

We are currently seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals for Polymer Technician and Bay Cleaner positions at a composite manufacturing facility in Gulfport, MS.

Polymer Technician

Responsibilities may include:

• Working with composite/polymer materials and production processes
• Following production specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Operating and maintaining production equipment
• Inspecting finished work for quality and accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Preferred qualifications:

• Manufacturing, composites, fiberglass, polymer, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a production environment

Bay Cleaner

Responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and maintaining production bays and work areas
• Removing production debris and maintaining housekeeping standards
• Following facility safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assisting with general cleanup and material handling as needed
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous industrial, manufacturing, construction, or cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in an industrial production environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Employment Requirements

 

Candidates must be able to successfully complete the required pre-employment screening, including:
