*Full-time, day shift position!

*Pay starts at $24.00-$36.00/hr DOE.

 

Responsibilities of the Ag Equipment Mechanic:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair agricultural machinery and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on tractors, harvesters, trailers, and support vehicles
• Repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and gas engine systems
• Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed
• Assist with maintenance planning and parts inventory management
• Maintain accurate service, inspection, and repair records
• Ensure equipment operates safely and complies with company safety standards

Requirements of the Ag Equipment Mechanic:

• Minimum of 3 years of agricultural equipment repair and maintenance experience
• Experience working with diesel and gas engines
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid California Driver's License required
• Schedule is Mon-Fri, overtime as needed
