Remote Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative

Remote (Client based in Guelph, ON)

Full-time/Permanent

Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is excited to be hiring a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our outstanding client in the Agricultural sector.

In this role, you’ll provide bilingual support to customers while assisting with inbound/outbound calls, clarifying client queries and concerns as well as managing all emails.

Our client is seeking individuals who are not only fluent in French and English, but also bring a career-oriented mindset with a strong desire for long-term growth and stability, along with high commitment and professionalism.

It is essential that candidates are online, engaged, and fully accessible for the duration of their 8-hour shift, ensuring customers receive prompt and reliable support throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact—answering calls and directing inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage emails—categorize, organize, and respond promptly.
• Address customers questions and concerns.
• Follow up with customers
• Prepare daily reports and stay ahead of deadlines.
• Make outbound reminder calls to customers
• Support team members with special projects and additional tasks.

What You Bring

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• High school diploma required (customer service training an asset).
• 1+ year experience in a bilingual customer service role.
• Background in the Agricultural sector, finance or banking field is a strong asset.
• A career-oriented mindset with a strong desire for long-term growth and stability.
• High level of commitment, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to remain online, accessible, and responsive for the entirety of an 8-hour shift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with KiSSFLOW, Portfolio Plus, or Avaya Phone is an asset.
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
