Project Associate

Our client in Libertyville is seeking Project Associates to support a multi-week inventory and stock room optimization project. This role offers full-time hours for at least 6 weeks, beginning August 31st, with a team of 4–6 associates onsite.

Responsibilities

• Pull automotive parts from shelves and prepare items for shipment

• Complete inventory counts and organize products

• Move, adjust, or rebuild shelving units as directed

• Lift automotive parts such as exhaust pipes, batteries, and engine components (up to 50 lbs)

• Restock shelves and organize inventory

• Read and match part numbers accurately

• Adapt to changing direction from the Store Manager as project needs shift

• Prior automotive store experience preferred

• Comfortable with physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Able to follow and read instructions; adapt to changing priorities

• Good attention to detail, especially when reading part numbers

• Reliable attendance — punctuality is critical for this project
