General Facilities Maintenance Technician

Georgetown, TX | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Up to $25/hr

Seeking a dependable General Facilities Maintenance Technician for a full-time day shift opportunity. Great fit for someone with make-ready, apartment maintenance, handyman, construction, or general building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility and room make-ready maintenance
• Complete minor flooring repairs
• Handle basic repairs and light industrial maintenance
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Perform minor installation and repair projects as needed
• Climb ladders when required
• Maintain clean and safe work areas

Qualifications

• Previous facilities maintenance, make-ready, handyman, construction, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge of flooring repair is a plus
• Able to work independently and complete assigned projects
• Personal tools are a plus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: Up to $25/hour, depending on experience
