Customer Service Representative

Located in Morgantown, WV

Salary: $16 hourly

Do you enjoy working with customers? Are you wanting to gain experience in an office setting? A telecommunications company in Morgantown is now seeking Customer Service Associates to join their team.

 

This position offers a Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 8:00am – 5:00pm, and compensation up to $16 hourly.

 

The main duties of this position include:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries and questions
• Cash handling for customer bill payment
• Signing customers up for new accounts / making necessary changes to current account settings
• Office duties of filing, faxing, data entry, scanning, etc.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative position or customer service setting is preferred.
• Must be proficient with computers.
• Must have excellent customer service, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
