Cure Oven Operator – 2nd Shift

Pay: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek

A growing manufacturing facility is hiring a dependable Cure Oven Operator / Production Operator for its 2nd shift. This is a hands-on position working with cast products and industrial ovens in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Remove finished slabs from curing ovens
• Inspect cast products for quality and defects
• Apply mold-release chemicals
• Clean and inspect molds to prevent contamination
• Move heavy slabs across roller tables
• Follow production, safety, and PPE procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience
• Able to push/pull 300–500 lbs. across roller tables
• Comfortable working around epoxy resin odors and chemicals
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable team player with strong attention to quality
• Willing to follow all required safety and PPE guidelines
