Revenue Cycle Manager

Position Summary

We are hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable, payment posting, reconciliation, and revenue reporting. This position will work closely with internal departments, Medicaid Managed Care Organizations, providers, and finance teams to improve revenue performance and reduce outstanding receivables.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the revenue cycle process from completed services through payment collection
Manage billing, collections, accounts receivable, and reimbursement processes
Ensure timely submission of invoices and claims
Review aging reports and reduce outstanding balances
Reconcile payments against submitted invoices
Monitor denials, collection rates, A/R days, and reimbursement trends
Prepare revenue reports and KPIs
Identify billing discrepancies, overpayments, and underpayments
Supervise and train revenue cycle staff
Improve workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Minimum 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience required
Previous supervisory or management experience required
Strong knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Louisiana Medicaid or Managed Care Organization experience preferred
Healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, or transportation industry experience preferred

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Occasional overtime may be required.

Pay:

$20–$25/HR; Full-time opportunity with the potential to become long-term employment.
