Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shipping & Receiving Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, operating forklifts safely, and ensuring inventory is accurately stored and documented.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stage materials.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming materials for shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare, stage, and load outgoing shipments accurately and on schedule.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and product movement.
• Properly label, wrap, palletize, and secure products for shipment.
• Put away received materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull and stage customer or production orders as needed.
• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately.
• Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Follow all OSHA, warehouse, and company safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and/or order pickers is a plus.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to accurately read shipping documents, labels, and purchase orders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.

Preferred Experience

1+ years of forklift, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience.
