Event Staff – Banquet Servers & Parking Attendants

Pay: $16 per hour

We are looking for dependable and energetic Event Staff to support upcoming events in the Tallahassee area. Positions may include Banquet Servers and Parking Attendants. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, and being part of exciting local events.

What You'll Do

Depending on the event and assigned position, responsibilities may include:

Banquet Servers

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and other event materials.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
• Clear tables and assist with cleanup after events.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Follow directions from event supervisors and coordinators.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Parking Attendants

• Direct vehicles and guests to designated parking areas.
• Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient traffic flow.
• Provide directions and information to guests as needed.
• Monitor assigned parking areas.
• Communicate with event staff and supervisors.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in event staff, banquet service, hospitality, customer service, or parking operations is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, professional, and able to interact with guests.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled events.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors, depending on the event.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or event-based schedules as needed.
