Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Prepare orders for shipment following company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
