Calibration Technician $18

Located in Rockland, MA

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating machines and ensuring high-quality production standards. This position requirs a strong understanding of machine operation, safety protocols, and quality inspection processes.

Purpose of the role: to check movement of coil and set dial at proper pressure
Machine/Tool used: air bench with high pressure gauge
Duties: operate and monitor machinery used in the manufacturing process; attach gauge to socket assembly, insert proper dial, check pressure as specified paint pointer, and add gasket and lens, recheck accuracy.

Observe machinery during production to ensure quality and efficiency. Set up and adjust machines according to specifications and production requirements. Safely operate machines adhering to strict guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Maintain a clain and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as required.

Shift is Mon-Thurs, 5:00am-3:30pm. Pay starts at $18/hour.
